Crispy & Gooey Takoyaki Balls - A Taste of Japan

Make a batter with flour, eggs, dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin.

Heat a takoyaki pan and grease the molds.

Pour batter into each mold and add diced octopus, tempura bits, and green onions.

Cook until the bottoms are set and then flip the balls.

Brush with takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with bonito flakes and seaweed.

Enjoy the crispy exterior and gooey center!

(Optional) Serve with extra takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and pickled ginger.
